Too Little Too Late (Max)

He sighed and looked at her. "I know that and Miley still has her puppies. But this wolf was with Buddy when he was gone." he said and he looked at Miley and saw that she was gone. Miley had gone inside an laid down on the towel in the bathroom. She nosed her stomach and put her head down. Like the wolf she was also giving birth but to puppies instead of wolf cubs. She gave birth to 9 healthy puppies and she cleaned them. The puppies made small squeaking nosies and started to nurse. Miley rested her head near the puppies. Max went inside and went to the bathroom. He saw her and her newborn puppies. He smiled at the sight and went back outside. He smiled at Krystal. "I have good news, Miley just gave birth to 9 healthy puppies." he said. He looked over at Buddy and he waited to see what Buddy would do. Miley had given birth to her third litter or puppies but her seond littler with Buddy.

Buddy had watched the wolf die after giving brith to three yellow wolf pups. He was cleaning them. But, Krystal had picked them up and was going to have to nurse them from a bottle. Buddy went to find Miley. He found her and the puppies. He went ot her and licked her fur. He was happy she survived the birthing of them. "Max, Buddy lost his wolf mate during the birth. I have to bottle feed these pups. Could you deal with the body for me," she said.

MIley gently licked the side of his head and looked at the puppies. The puppies finished nuring and were now sleeping. Max nodded and he grabbed a shovel and dug a hole. He put the body in it and put the dirt on top of the body. He patted the ground flat and put the shovel away. He walkd back into the house and sighed

Krystal had the wolf pups in a box and was feeding them from bottles. They were cute for wolf pups. Buddy laid with Miley and he was acting weird. It was like he wanted her to be the mother of his three other pups so they would survive. "Max, these, pups are so cute. Come look at them," she said.

Max smiled at Krystal. "Maybe we should have Miley take care of them and I think that Buddy would want that." he said. Miley gently licked the side of Buddy's face

"I'll take them to her once her own puppies are asleep. Buddy is probably asking her to look after them no anyways. But, once they get older we might have to let them run free. They are half wolf," she said. The pups were sleeping right now they all had filled their little bellies. Buddy rubbed his head against Miley's. He was asking her if she wanted to care for his wolf pups.

Miley licked his face telling him that she would love to take care of them. Max nodded. "I'll go check on them." he said. He went to the bathroom and looked at them. Miley's puppies were alseep and Max went back to Krystal. "Miley's puppies are asleep." he said

"Okay, I'll take them in to her," she said. She picked up the three sleeping pups and took them to Miley. She set them down beside the dog to see how she'd react to them. Buddy licked his three pups that were half wolf.

Miley gently nosed them and licked them. The wolf puppies relaxed and started to sleep with the other puppies.

Buddy was happy bringing both his familes together but he felt bad for the real mother of his wolf pups. He laid his head down. He was happy with Miley. Krystal sat on the edge of the tub and watched them all. She had called Max to come look.

Max walked in and smiled at the sight. He looked at Krystal and smiled softly at her. Miley nuzzled her head closer to Buddy's.

"I hope those three pups learn not to be mean like their mother," she said. She got up and went into the bedroom where James was still asleep in the middle of the bed. Buddy fell asleep beside Miley.

Max nodded and smiled at them. Miley fell asleep and the puppies were asleep. Max got up and went back to the bedroom. He smiled at the sight of his sleeping son

Krystal moved James back to his own room and kissed his forehead. She would finally get a good night sleep cuddling with Max without a kid in their bed. She crawled into bed and looked at Max. She patted the bed. "Come cuddle with me, my extremely sexy husband," he said.

He smiled and laid down next to her. He put his arms around her and held her

She smiled and soon enough fell asleep in his arms. She was one happy wife.

He fell asleep and he was one happy husband

She snuggled into his arms more and got so close her chest was pressing against his chest. But, she was fast asleep.

The next morning came and Max woke up. He kised Krystal's forehead

Krystal didn't want to wake up now. She needed her sleep. James was awake and playing in the living room. Buddy was cleaning Miley's fur to wake her up.

Miley woke up and gently licked Buddy's face. Max sighed and let her sleep. He quietly slipped out of bed and went downstairs to the living room. "Hey, James." he said smiling at his son. All 11 puppies woke up and started to nurse.

"Hi, dad," he said. Buddy liked Miley again and watched the puppies. Krystal stayed sound asleep in the bed and had stolen all of Max's pillows to cuddle them.

(by the way the wolf had three pups so really there are twelve puppies all together)

He smiled. "How are you feeling, James?" he asked him.Miley watched the puppies nurse

"What do you mean, Dad?" he asked. Buddy nosed at all the puppies but gently licked the three wolf pups.

He shooked his head. "Never mind. Lets go have breakfast." he said
